Practise better questions to get better answers

As the weekend passed and the idea of not having the answers I wanted sunk in. I wanted to take a moment to reflect a concept I have heard and learned over the years, but need reminding of myself.

But Deya reminded me, that if you are not getting the answers you need. We may not be asking the right questions, particularly when using AI. It can feel like we keep asking questions and getting broad answers. But the key to using AI in my vision is that we become better at self-coaching and ask better questions. To then have better answers, then have better decisions, and to be able to focus better.

Because a very unspoken part of ADHD feels like it is primarily about decision-making. And in order to make better decisions, self-trust, alignement, discomfort and more all come together.

However, if we ask smaller and more specific questions and keep making it more specific. It is very hard not to get to better answers and decisions after which we action. And the more we close the loop of actioning on our actions, the more build the belief that we can do hard things.

So I will leave you with that :)
