10 years of diagnosis…

does not make me an expert, nor does it make me someone who knows the full truth or ways of operating for everyone.

What I do know is that the people who are drawn to my work and that is not for everyone are the people who, after processing their diagnosis, also want to own their whole selves. Not just a diagnosis, but to find a way of life that holds both the difficulties and strengths that come with the clarity they have received.

A nuanced, important, and somewhat respectful but difficult discussion about how I view ADHD is in this YouTube video. Do not make assumptions when listening, and please listen to all the words they share. They are using respect, empathy, and reality to talk about a very complex and sensitive topic.
