Hi, this is me, Astrid here,

In 2017, I started working with my own ADHD coach. After a promotion and a job change, I realised that coaching and support for people like me in mid-career, millennial professionals was nearly impossible to find. So I decided to become that person for others in 2019.

I studied at ADDCA and Animas, and I'm currently completing my HR degree at CIPD. With three coaching qualifications certified and accredited by the ICF, I've now supported hundreds of mid-career professionals in the creative and tech industries. See my accreditations on my linkedIn page

Today, I also consult with FTSE 500 companies on internal neuro-inclusion strategies and work with tech firms to make their products more neuro-inclusive. My approach to coaching is different because my diagnosis happened over a decade ago. I've had time to test what actually works. Honestly, I don't believe in 90% of the guidance out there. What I've learned is that environment and self-trust are at the heart of meaningful ADHD support.

What coaching with me looks like here

Coaching is a space of discovery, not advice. Self-discovery is more powerful than any advice anyone could give you. Your journey is deeply personal and self-created, with my role being to highlight, question, and challenge what you bring to our sessions.

People often enter coaching with a desire to change their whole life at once. They leave knowing how to coach themselves through different levels of change and see a huge difference. That's where self-trust is built, and that's the work I do.

Finding the right coach

If you're looking for a coach, I suggest speaking to several and understanding who feels like the right fit. If you've been referred by a friend or colleague, please let me know. I respond to all inquiries within 48 hours with either an invite or suggestions for more suitable options if I'm not the right match.

Coaching is a monthly investment here, but that varies coach per coach (ranging from 50 to 650£/hour, I know it’s mental). My rate is £150 per session (with separate pricing for corporate work). I also know most of us want to get a sense of things before committing. That's why I host free Monday co-coaching sessions where we gather and support each other, sign up here. I'm also making my dream come true by writing a book, and I send out chapter letters each month. If signing up for coaching isn't what feels right yet, sign up for the letters below.

One final thought

If I can share one message, it's this: a diagnosis is not an identity. Make it an invitation. An invitation to dive a little deeper, to adapt life to your strengths and values, and to build a life that truly fuels you with the right people around you. More thoughts on my blog.

Thank you for reading.
