Strengths-based coaching
Strengths-based coaching is at the foundation of all I do. This is where we inform and practise the skill of strengths acknowledgment and recognition.
If you feel completely unable to share your strengths, this may be something to explore deeper with a therapist. In case you feel a sense of baseline skills and strength you can identify for yourself. That is when coaching can feel most applicable.
